- Production lead time?
- 5-10 business days after proof approval. Rush possible in 48-72h (surcharge).
- Minimum order?
- DTF and flex from 1 piece; screen printing from 25; stickers from 10.
- Can I supply my own textile?
- Yes, subject to compatibility with the technique.
- File formats?
- Ideally vector (AI, EPS, SVG, PDF). High-resolution PNG/JPG (300 dpi min) accepted.
- Graphic design service?
- We adapt and optimise your design for printing. Full creation via partner designers.
- How to choose the technique?
- Comparison table or contact us, advice based on design, quantity and budget.
- Delivery outside Brussels?
- Anywhere in Belgium. Free pickup at the workshop by appointment.
- Do prices include the textile?
- Screen printing and DTF: yes (Stanley/Stella, B&C, Russell, Fruit of the Loom). Embroidery, flex: excl. textile (technique only), the textile is added to the quote.
- Durability?
- Screen printing almost unlimited; DTF 50-100 washes; embroidery indestructible; flex 50+ washes; stickers outdoor 3-5 years.
- Sample before ordering?
- Yes (1 piece), cost deducted from the final order.
- Recurring orders?
- Yes, preferential rates, framework agreement possible.
- Payment?
- 50% deposit on order, balance on delivery. Bank transfer or Bancontact.
